Cattle Market Free Car Park, 7 The Wong. It is then a short 5minute walk to my residence

Booking Information and Policies

Booking

Booking can be performed by either calling the Salon, Messaging me via Facebook or Whatsapp.

 

When booking please ensure i have your correct name, contact telephone number and what treatment you would like. Please let me know exactly which service you want, to enable me enough time to perform the treatment. 

 

If its your first time in the salon please be aware that a 50% Deposit is required. If you cancel the appointment less than 48hrs prior this Deposit is Non- Refundable

 

 Ensure that you inform me of any changes 48 hours before your booking to avoid any confusion.

Nail Appointments

Please come to your first nail appointment free of any gel product. This is becuae I have an allergy to hema and as i cant gurantee what another tech has used i cant safely remove the product without the possibility of causing myself an allergic reaction.

 

All the products i use in the salon are 100% Hema Free and Vegan Friendly.

 

 Any breakages, chips etc that occur within the first 5days will be repaired free of charge. This is because, everyones nails are different. Some people need more flexibility, others need a firmer product, some need a mix of bonding agents to get the best retention. On the first appointment i will use the same method i use on 90% of my clients. 10% of my clients need an alternative method, but this is a service i offer as i use a multitude of different viscosity gels and bonders to suit any nail type.

 

Please inform me of any problems or concerns you have regarding your treatment. I pride myself on meeting customer expectations and i cannot rectify a problem if i do not know about it. 

Appointment Time

I ask that you arrive on time for your appointment  and if you are running late please contact me. 

Late Arrivals and No Shows

If you are more than 15 minutes late without contacting me i may have to reschedule your appointment. More than 30 minutes late will be treated as a 'No Show'. 

Clients will be charged for 50% of their appointment if they do not show up for it without notifying me.

Cancellations 

I understand life has its ups and downs and sometimes you may need to cancel/re-arrange your appointment. For all appointments if you need to cancel please contact the salon 48hours prior to your appointment. Please understand that i do try my best to re-book your cancelled appointment as soon as possible, however appointments do get booked up in advance so there may be a small wait. If you do not arrive for your appointment and give us no notice you will need to pay a 100% non refundable deposit if you decide to book another appointment in the future.

Payment 

Payment is required upon completion of a service. All charges can be discussed before the service. I accept cash or online bank transfer. If you have paid for a course of treatments these treatments are non refundable if you change your mind and no longer want the treatment.

Child Policy

I am not able to carry out any gel nail service on any person under the age of 16 due to my insurance restrictions. I don't offer Beauty Treatments to children under the age of 12 due to insurance restictions
